this is an assigment that i worked with lots of love in!

• First Picture …

The picture above 👆 was taken by me using an Establishing Shot, showing the location of this amazing story, which is “taking place” in the city of New York. 

The image showcases a incredible amount of New Yorkers, including Mymelo and an evil blonde little lady.

• Second Picture …

The picture above 👆 was also taken by me, instead of using a Establishing Shot, this time i decided to use an Over the shoulder shot, by using this, I created a better illusion of the situation so the people who are watching the image would understand the moment better. The blonde character is telling Mymelo that she needs to glow up because she looks ugly basically. Mymelo was surprised.

• Third Picture …

In the picture above 👆 we see Mymelo crying and questioning herself if she is ugly and really needs a change. We noticed her face expressions thanks to the shot that I used, which was a Close up shot, that allows the public to notice her sadness better.

• Forth Picture …

In the picture above 👆we observe an Aerial Shot, which looks down upon the scene of the incident where the main character Mymelo is getting a transformation with utensils like an eyeliner and jewelry like chains in front of a mirror. Her character is about to receive a development that will make her feel more comfortable with herself. The change in the lighting also affects the appearance of the character suggesting a turn in the plot.

• Fifth Picture …

In the picture above 👆, which is also the last scene of this story🎉 we can observe a crime scene that’s being played by the main character Mymelo and her brutal appearance switch while she’s harming the blonde little lady who’s laying in a white bed. The lighting has also changed again to a dark red background that suggests a evil scenery. We can perceive all of this story thanks to the Two Shot that shows the public both characters and their emotions. ( Mymelo has a Dexter Morgan Complex, she stole the idea of using a white bed  from him.)

Overall Lesson: 

I learned with this project that a shot choice will change a lot during a film, i really liked the creativity that it have the thing that i photographed, my favorite one was the over the shoulder shot, it really made it look like a produced shot. 

I will carry forward for my main project a well constructed couple of shots to make it look more realistic and interesting.
